    How many capsules are in a bottle?

    There are different amounts of capsules in each product, please visit the individual product pages to see how many capsules there are per bottle.

    We suggest that the products be taken with meals to help with absorbency; however, it is not necessary that you take the products with a meal. Some people prefer to take Infla-Kine with food because the Zinc in the product can cause sensitivity.

    All of our products are all-natural supplements with no known side effects. However, you must pay attention to the caution statement for each product. If you have any concerns, please ask your doctor.
