Is there a quantity discount?

Yes, there are discounts for purchasing larger quantities of most of our products. These discounts make occur at 2,3,4 or more bottles. Sometimes there will be discount codes allowing you to purchase the product at a discounted price without having to buy multiple bottles.

How many capsules are in a bottle?

There are different amounts of capsules in each product, please visit the individual product pages to see how many capsules there are per bottle.

Does it have to be taken with meals?

We suggest that the products be taken with meals to help with absorbency; however, it is not necessary that you take the products with a mealSome people prefer to take Infla-Kine with food because the zinc in the product can cause sensitivity..

Are there any known side effects?

All of our products are all-natural supplements with no known side effects. However, you must pay attention to the caution statement for each product. For example, Vein Caps should not be combined with another blood thinner unless recommended by a doctor, and many customers prefer to take Infla-Kine with food if they have sensitive stomachs. If you have any concerns, please ask your doctor.If you a pregnant or lactating, we suggest you ask your doctor before taking ours (or any supplements for that matter). Is Stem-Kine A Vitamin D Supplement?

No, Stem-Kine is not a vitamin D Supplement.  It contains vitamin D because if the consumer is deficient in vitamin D, the supplement won’t be as beneficial.  The amount of vitamin D in Stem-Kine alone is not high enough to cause any known short or long-term effects. If you are taking other supplements containing vitamin D or have any concerns, we suggest that you ask your doctor.

I live outside of the United States; can the products still be shipped to me?

We do ship internationally with some restrictions to certain countries. If you place an order for one of the countries we do not ship to, we will cancel and refund your order before processing it. Please visit our Terms & Conditions page to review our international shipping and return policies. Upon shipping your product, it is assumed you have read and agreed to these policies.

Are your products FDA approved drugs?

All of our products are all-natural nutritional food supplements, not drugs. They are regulated by the FDA for quality control, purity, and label claims, but are not viewed or regulated as drugs. All of our ingredients are on the FDA’s ‘Generally Regarded as Safe’ list.

How long should I take this supplement for?

Depending on the reason why you are taking the supplements, the answer to this question varies and cannot be answered by us. This would be a good question for your doctor.

Do I have the option of sending my order to a different address?

Yes, you can send your order to any address you want. Once placing your order, make sure that you use your address as the “billing address” and specify the different address as the “shipping address.”

Can I place a recurring order for one of your products?

How do I obtain a copy of the invoice after purchasing your product?

Upon purchasing the product, you will receive an email confirmation/receipt of your order. When the order is delivered, a paper copy of the packing list is included.

I want to order a product on your website, but I do not have access to a credit card, how do I proceed?

Currently, we only have our shopping cart set up to accept payments via credit/debit card.

I just purchased a product from your website, when will my order be processed?

Most orders are processed same-day during business hours Monday-Friday. Depending on the shipping carrier chosen, if orders are placed before 3:00 PM CT, they will ship same day via FedEx. If orders are to be shipped through USPS, they will ship same day when placed before 11:00 AM MST. Otherwise, all orders will ship the following business day. This is not a guarantee.

What is your company's return policy?

We will accept returns on unopened, unused product that is not expired. The customer pays for return shipping and once we receive the returned product, we will refund the customer the purchase price (less $8.99 restocking fee). We will not refund any shipping costs associated with expedited shipping. We are not responsible for return shipping and the customer assumes all risks associated with lost shipments.

How will I be able to check the status of my order once it has been placed

Once the product has shipped, you will receive an email from either USPS or FedEx with the tracking information included. You can use this information to track the status of your package.

Is my information safe and secure on your website?

Absolutely. All information is sent over secured socket layers (SSL) and cannot be compromised.
Additionally, our site implements internal firewalls and malware scans daily.

Which shipping services do you use to send packages?

We use both the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx to ship our packages. You may chose which carrier you prefer based on price and how quickly you want the package. Typically, USPS Priority Mail is faster than FedEx Ground. Keep in mind that only USPS can ship to PO Boxes.

I live close to your location, can I place my order and pick it up at your office?

Yes you may. However, if you wish to pick up the order, it cannot be placed online. You must call in to the office (877-272-3508) and place your order over the phone, letting us know you wish to pick the product up. If you live locally, however, we still offer free shipping for online orders only and your order will usually arrive the next day.

How do you calculate your shipping charges?

We use a shipping calculator for both USPS and FedEx that calculates the cost of shipment based upon weight of the product and the shipping location. We monitor shipping costs strictly and stay on top of accidental overcharges.
