These Terms & Conditions governs the manner in which Stem-Kine (ARC Nutrition LLC) engages in business with its users (each, a”User”). These terms & conditionsapplies to http://www.stem-kine.com website (“Site”) and all products and services offered by Stem-Kine.
This applies to all product pre-orders. Please note that the delivery date provided is an estimated shipping date. Due to unanticipated manufacturing delays, we cannot guarantee exactly when the product will ship nor can we guarantee delivery dates of pre-ordered items. We will charge your account for the total when your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email of the order and another email when the order is shipped. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued. We will accept cancellations of pre-ordered items but for store credit only and no refunds will be issued.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is offered to all first-time customers. You have 30 days from the day the product is shipped to try it, and if you don't see any results, you can request a refund. We will process your refund, less a $8.99 processing and handling fee. This money back guarantee applies only to customers in the United States and Canada.
The auto-ship feature is a convenient way for you to receive our products without the hassle of having to place repeat orders. Simply choose how many bottles you want, provide a credit card number, and we will send it right to your door. The auto-ship program ships your standing order on/about the same day each month without the customer having to constantly remember to reorder. Your credit card will be automatically charged for the total price of the product each month.
Auto-ship order cancellations are processed immediately after being submitted online and/or with Customer Service, unless product is in the process of shipping. If you wish to cancel an order after the product has shipped, please call Customer Service so we can discuss refund options.
We will accept returns on product that is UNOPENED. We will not accept returns on product that has been opened or used. Please call or email the office at 800-529-0269 or firstname.lastname@example.org before attempting to return a product. The return must be within 3 months of the purchase date. Acceptable returns will result in a full refund, minus shipping costs (if upgraded shipping was selected) and a $8.99 restocking fee. If a return is requested before the product has been shipped, we will be able to process a full refund without any restocking fee. We do not accept returns on product from international customers.
All orders will be shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 12:00 MST are typically shipped same business day. We do not provide guaranteed shipping times, only an average of 3-5 business days for domestic orders and international orders vary greatly. Because of these average times, we must allow a grace period of one and a half months for international orders. If you have been waiting longer than that, send us an email. If express shipping options have been chosen, you will receive your order quicker, but it is not guaranteed as we cannot control unforeseen delays in service from our shipping carriers.
Free Shipping Disclaimer
Orders that have qualified for free shipping will be shipped through USPS First Class Mail. Orders within the United States will come with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment. We cannot control the transit time, but it is typically within 5 business days for most domestic orders. International orders cannot be tracked and we do not accept responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items shipped this way. If you wish to be able to track your international order, please select a priority shipping method.
International Shipping Disclaimer
International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. Please contact your local government for specific details. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse or return your order no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded.
International orders are shipped by USPS - The United States Postal Service. Delivery time varies depending on the method of shipping chosen, but Priority shipping is usually 7-14 days depending on your local government and customs office. If you don't receive your package within several weeks, check with your local post office and local customs office as they could be holding your package for payment of duties. For international orders shipped by First Class International, we cannot guarantee any shipping estimates as the delivery time varies greatly.
