Auto-ship order cancellations are processed immediately after being submitted online and/or with Customer Service, unless product is in the process of shipping. If you wish to cancel an order after the product has shipped, please call Customer Service so we can discuss refund options.

COVID-19 Shipping Policy Update
Due to the global crisis, our shipping times may vary from usual predictions. Orders placed with the USPS First Class shipping method have no estimated shipping time for domestic or international shipments; therefore shipping times may exceed typical delivery expectations. International customers may experience shipping times over 90 days when choosing USPS First Class International as their shipping method. We offer traceable methods of shipping through FedEx International, which can be selected at checkout. Our shipping policies concerning lost or non-traceable international shipments still stands, as addressed in the International Shipping Disclaimer section of our terms and conditions. Our COVID-19 policy is subject to change at anytime.
All orders will be shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 12:00 CT are typically shipped same business day. We do not provide guaranteed shipping times, only an average of 3-5 business days for domestic orders and international orders vary greatly. Because of these average times, we must allow a grace period of one and a half months for international orders. If you have been waiting longer than that, send us an email. If express shipping options have been chosen, you will receive your order more quickly, but it is not guaranteed as we cannot control unforeseen delays in service from our shipping carriers.
Free Shipping Disclaimer
Orders that have qualified for free shipping will be shipped through USPS First Class Mail. Orders within the United States will come with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment. We cannot control the transit time, but it is typically within 5 business days for most domestic orders. International orders cannot be tracked and we do not accept responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items shipped this way. If you wish to be able to track your international order, please select a priority shipping method.
International Shipping Disclaimer
International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. Please contact your local government for specific details. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse or return your order, no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded, nor will we be able to resend your parcel or provide a refund for your order.
International orders are shipped by USPS - The United States Postal Service. Delivery time varies depending on the method of shipping chosen, but Priority shipping is usually 7-14 days depending on your local government and customs office. If you don't receive your package within several weeks, check with your local post office and local customs office as they could be holding your package for payment of duties. For international orders shipped by First Class International, we cannot guarantee any shipping estimates as the delivery time varies greatly.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is offered to all first-time customers. You have 30 days from the day the product is shipped to try it, and if you don't see any results, you can request a refund. We will process your refund, less a $8.99 processing and handling fee per bottle. This policy is only applicable for the first order placed per customer. This money back guarantee applies only to customers in the United States and Canada.
We will accept returns on product that is UNOPENED. We will not accept returns on product that has been opened or used. Please call or email the office at 1-800-529-0269 or firstname.lastname@example.org before attempting to return a product. The return must be within 60-days of the purchase date. Acceptable returns will result in a full refund, minus shipping costs (if upgraded shipping was selected) and an $8.99 restocking and disposal fee. Orders cancelled on the same day as fulfillment will not be eligible for refund or cancellation. If a return is requested before the product has been shipped, we will be able to process a full refund without any restocking fee. To process a refund, we must first receive the returned product to verify purchase and the condition of the product. We do not accept returns on product from international customers.
