The Stem-Kine free trial is only available to first-time customers. By simply paying a small processing & handling fee, you will receive a full month’s supply of Stem-Kine. By participating in the free trial, you will be automatically enrolled in the Stem-Kine auto-ship program (1 bottle shipped approximately every 30 days).

Upon purchase a login account will be created by asking for a username and password where the purchaser can modify any auto-ship program or cancel future shipments. Alternatively, auto-ship subscriptions can be canceled by contacting us at info@arc-nutrition.com or calling us at 1-800-529-0269

Auto-Ship

The auto-ship feature is a convenient way for customers to receive any Arc-Nutrition product without the hassle of placing repeat orders. Simply choose the amount of bottles you want, the cadence of your shipments, provide a credit card number, and we send it right to your door. This program ships your standing order and the credit card on file is automatically charged for the total price of the product on or about the same day each month based on the original order date. Orders will not be fulfilled on weekends, regardless of payment processing time. Your credit card will be automatically charged for the total price of the product at the interval selected with each auto-ship, i.e., Every Two Weeks, Monthly, Every Six Weeks, Every Second Month, etc..

Auto-ship order cancellations are processed immediately after being submitted online and/or with Customer Service, unless product is in the process of shipping or the cancellation request is made via email outside of daily operation hours. If you wish to cancel an order after the product has shipped, the order will be subject to the Refund Policy conditions.

Refund Policy

Acceptable refund conditions include unopened product returned to our shipment facility within 60-days of the original purchase date. We cannot accept the return of product that has been opened or used. ARC Nutrition does not accept returns on product from international customers.

Requests for cancellation on the same day as order fulfillment or after the product has been shipped cannot be accepted and are not eligible for refund or cancellation. If a cancellation is requested before the product has begun fulfillment, we will be able to process a full refund without any additional fees.

To begin a return for eligible orders, contact ARC Nutrition at info@arc-nutrition.com or 1-800-529-0269 to verify your purchase is eligible, or confirm based on unopened conditions of the product and the date of attempted return is within 60-Days of the original transaction. Once verified, the product must be returned to our fulfillment facility (ARC NUTRITION – 4040 West Royal Lane STE 100, Irving, TX 75063) at the expense of the customer. The return must be received at the fulfillment facility within 60-days of the purchase date to process a refund. Upon arrival and verification of the order, the refund will be processed according to the following refund conditions:

Returns that meet refund conditions will result in a full refund for the cost of the product, minus shipping costs and an $8.99 disposal fee subtracted from the full total of the original transaction. Shipping cost cannot be refunded. Returned product cannot be resold and must be properly disposed of according to ethical guidelines resulting in the disposal fee.

Shipping Information

All orders will be shipped within 1 business day, with the exception of weekends and holidays. If you order on a weekend/holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed before 11:00AM Central Time are expected to be shipped the same business day, excluding national holidays, global disasters, natural disasters, or unpredictable events that may impede shipping services. Orders qualifying for free shipping will be shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Upon any online order’s completed fulfillment, a tracking number will be sent to the email given within the order.

We do not provide guaranteed shipping times, only an average of 5-7 business days for domestic orders and international orders vary greatly. If you have been waiting longer than 14 business days for domestic orders, please send us an email with the first and last name of the recipient, the order number, and the tracking number (if available). If express shipping options have been chosen, you will receive your order more quickly, but it is not guaranteed, as we cannot control unforeseen delays in service from our shipping carriers. International Shipping Disclaimer

International orders are shipped via FedEx International or DHL Express services. Delivery time varies depending on the method of shipping chosen. We cannot guarantee any shipping estimates as the delivery time varies greatly. If the tracking number provided is not updated within 14 business days to provide transit details once arriving in the destination country, check with your local post office and local customs office, as they could be holding your package for payment of duties.

International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges, which are determined by the local government and vary per country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of these charges. Please contact the local customs office or applicable government sector for specific details. Upon completing each order and payment, it is agreed by the customer to pay all applicable fees in order to receive the parcel from customs. If you refuse or return your order, no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government will be refunded, nor will we be able to resend your parcel or provide a refund for your order.
